I want to switch gears here, just a little bit, and talk about where this site is going.
First and foremost, I want to make you aware of a little “event” I am hosting on May 7th from 1-2:30PM. We will be discussing new media and how it can be used to spread the Gospel locally and globally. We are going to meet at Kidd Coffee in Middletown, Ohio. Feel free to come out and have some good conversation while getting to know others who are interested in the same thing you are. I will post more on this early next week, but I wanted to throw a plug out there for everyone as an open invitation. (If you plan on attending, go ahead and leave a comment about it to RSVP)
Second, I want to develop this site into more than just a one-trick pony. There are other aspects to my life besides figuring out what kind of vocation I am looking for. I hope to start incorporating these other aspects into this site.
Third and finally, I am still traveling through the book, 48 Days to the Work you Love. In case you have not noticed, my 48 days is taking a little long. I guess this is what happens when you have three kids as well as other commitments. But hey, slow and steady wins the race, right? So far I have learned one thing about myself from the book, I really do like to write. So much in fact I have 5000 words put into what I will most likely turn into an eBook.
